    Product Description
    Graphite Boat/Box/Sagger/Tray
    Graphite boat/box/sagger is a high-temperature refractory container precision-machined from high-purity, high-density graphite. It is designed to hold and protect powder materials during sintering, calcination, carbonization and graphitization in roller hearth kilns, pusher kilns, tunnel kilns and graphitization furnaces.
    Applications:
    * ithium battery cathode material sintering— LFP, NCM, NCA, lithium-rich manganese-based materials
    * Anode material graphitization & purification— artificial graphite, silicon-carbon composites
    * Powder metallurgy & hard alloy— cemented carbide, MIM debinding and sintering
    * Electronic ceramics & magnetic materials— MLCC, microwave dielectric ceramics, ferrite
    * Semiconductor & photovoltaic— annealing and diffusion carriers, high-temperature heat treatment
    * Non-ferrous metallurgy— melting of copper, aluminium, zinc, silver and precious metals
