Our graphite sintering plates are manufactured from fine-grain isostatic high-purity graphite (fixed carbon ≥99.9%, ash content as low as 50 ppm), offering excellent thermal shock resistance, low thermal expansion, high mechanical strength at temperature and outstanding dimensional stability. Available in molded, medium-grain isostatic and ultra-fine isostatic grades to match your furnace temperature, load and atmosphere. Plates can be supplied pre-fired for flatness, with anti-oxidation or BN coating, stress-relief slots and CNC-machined locating features. Widely used as setter plates and carrier plates in powder metallurgy, MIM, cemented carbide, NdFeB magnets, technical ceramics and lithium battery anode/cathode material sintering, in vacuum, inert or reducing atmospheres up to 2200 °C. Custom sizes, drawings (STEP/DWG/DXF) and OEM/ODM are accepted.
