Product Description High Putiry Isostatic Graphite Rotor/Impeller/Shaft Graphite Rotor is Manufactured from fine-grain isostatic graphite, our rotors and shafts feature excellent oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength. Designed to maximize gas dispersion while minimizing turbulence, ensuring effective hydrogen removal and inclusion floatation. The main application is as following: 1.Aluminum Melt Purification — The Primary Application (90%+ of Industry Demand) Molten aluminum readily absorbs hydrogen, which precipitates during solidification and creates porosity that can scrap an entire casting. The graphite rotor solves this by breaking inert gas into a dense cloud of micro-bubbles: * Degassing: At 300–600 rpm, the rotor shears argon or nitrogen into 0.5–2 mm bubbles. Hydrogen diffuses into the rising bubbles per Sieverts' Law and escapes the melt — 60–80% removal efficiency. * Inclusion Removal:Oxide inclusions attach to the bubble surfaces and are floated to the top as dross for easy skimming. * Homogenization:Continuous stirring eliminates temperature gradients and compositional segregation throughout the furnace.
